Returns & Exchange Policy
Our each piece is crafted with love and care. There is NO refund policy. Once the OUR LOVE products are sold, if for some reason you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed the spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can email to us at email@example.com & someone from our team will get back to you within 1-2 days and will guide you to the process of exchanging OUR LOVE pieces. They make request you for further photographs/information to assess your requests. Please do assist them. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged second time.
1. How to exchange
You must inform us within a week of delivery of product. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with order details and image of product purchased. Once you have emailed us, please ship the pieces to the following address:

The Cost for shipping the product is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected garment, OUR LOVE will take care of the shipping. Please ensure the product is in it original packing and condition. Items which show signs of wear/or being worn will not be eligible for exchange and returns.We would require all original documents to be returned with the product before processing any returns or exchanges. OUR LOVE reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product.
As a company policy, we do not provide refund on any sold product. Once the OUR LOVE pieces are sold it can be exchanged (if above mentioned conditions are met). All customized made to order orders are non-returnable.
