Orders delivered to customers in India and outside India are caterered by safe and reliable courier companies.

We try our best to dispatch in stock products to you within 2-3 days products. The dispatch time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer.

Once your product is dispatched, delivery timeline varies as it is subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our courier partner service provider.
4. Outlier Location
Though we use some of India’s largest logistic companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. All prices displayed on website are including tax as applicable in India. At present,12% GST on Garments,18% GST on BELTS and 5% GST on MASKS are applicable.

International Shipping
1. Shipping charges to be paid by the customer
We will send an email confirming your order. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout which needs to be borne by the customer at the time of placing an order. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you have provided us with.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on the parcel must be paid at the time of receiving. OurLove has no control over such charges and we cant estimate the cost as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local custom office for current charges before you order so you’re not surprised by the charges you were not expecting.
